When will I receive my order?
We offer free 1-2 day UK shipping on all orders. Order cut off time for 2-3 day delivery is 2pm. Shipping days exclude bank holidays & weekends

Can I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received a damaged or incomplete item please let us know.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to a UK address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to store my kit?
Store your Dabble kit in a cool place. To prevent paint from drying out, securely seal paint containers after use. To keep brushes in good condition, wash them thoroughly after use
How are the benefits to paint by numbers?
Painting by numbers offers a relaxing experience and enhances calmness and wellness. Painting by numbers enhances artistic skills by teaching the principles of colour and shape composition in painting.
How should I paint?
To minimise brush cleaning and paint waste, we recommend painting each colour one at a time. It is also beneficial to start with lighter colours, like white or cream as this makes it easier to touch up any edges with darker colours later. Starting at the top of the painting and working downwards also helps prevent smudging.
Before you start painting, you will need:
- A cleared workspace
- A protected work surface (such as a craft mat or newspaper)
- A cup of water for brush cleaning
- Your painting kit, including brushes, canvas, and paints.
What’s included in my kit?
The painting kit comes with all the necessary supplies, including a premium brush set, high-quality canvas, and richly pigmented paints. All you need is a cup of water to clean your brushes!
How long will my painting take to dry?
Acrylic paints typically dry within 15 minutes to an hour, but thicker layers may take longer to dry. For best results, allow the canvas to dry for at least 6 hours before handling or moving it. It is important to wait until the painting is completely dry before handling it to avoid smudging or damaging the paint.
How many paint colours are there per kit?
The number of paints in each kit is tailored to the specific artwork and canvas size. Adequate quantities are provided to ensure you have enough paint to complete your painting. You can view the paint quantities for each kit in the product images.
Who can do this kit?
Our kits are suitable for all skill levels, even if you have no prior painting experience. The paint colours are pre-mixed and the canvas is clearly marked to make the painting process easy and stress-free.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay and PayPal payments.
Why was my credit or debit card refused?
We use a third party card processing system. If your payment was refused, please try again with a different card and check your bank account and card are working correctly.
Why haven't I been sent my order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation once your order is completed. Please allow 15 minutes to receive this and check your junk/spam folders :(
